We are a recreational sports club specialising in Trampolining and Gymnastics. Our ethos is learn whilst having fun in a super friendly and happy environment and we cater from small people to adults, any ability welcome.
Bounce and Flex Sport Club started in 2015 and is a family run business based at Elmhurst Junior School Gymnasium. We welcomed our Holiday Sports club in the summer of 2017.
We offer term time classes almost everyday of the week and our holiday sports club runs almost every school holiday from 9am to 4pm.
We follow British gymnastics award programmes in our lessons and myself and my father are both qualified through British gymnastics and have been for many many years! We also hold 6 monthly friendly Trampoline competitions but this is not compulsory.
We have had many families stay with us from day one and we thank you for your support and for making us enjoy what we do and making our club successful.
So whatever your age or ability we would love to welcome you to Bounce & Flex Sports/Holiday club.
